The reason for the cancellation was that the vehicle was just returned from a prior guest only about 6hrs prior and there was a strange sound coming from the suspension that I felt needed to be rectified prior to taking on another guest who booked it for 1 week. All my cars are constantly scrutinized and at our shop before going out to ensure that our guests expectations are completely met.
