If you’re not perfect and on time for everything I wouldn’t recommend. Overall trip was great, but being as though I’m not from Atlanta and got lost and was late and Anthony wasn’t really helpful or empathetic to the circumstances. Had a great experience until we were late.

I'm totally understanding of guest running behind. Brittany was helped to the furthest extent possible. What happened is she was being dishonest and in a failed attempt to be cunning TURO charged her another day rate for returning the vehicle 3 hours late on an airport return. I am always willing to adjust arrival or departure times with communication. Brittany Honest communication is always the best policy when using TURO.

Second time renting with Tony and another great trip. I asked about a car seat to avoid having to fly and carry one from home and he took care of it. Great service.
