Car ran fine, but note it does have over 220,000 miles. Our only issue was it was dirty when we picked it up. We had to clean it which I wasn’t happy about. But it did the job getting us around.

My family and I rented this suv for the sole purpose of sleeping in the back with the fold down seats. When we got the car and attempted to fold down the 2nd row rear passenger lever was broken, and the 3rd tow level to collapse the bench was broken. Reed instructed me to go to an auto store and get “plyers” to wrench it up. 103 degrees with a 7 year old and a 70 year old, this was a major inconvenience and the ONLY reason we rented his suv. When I proceeded to text him he claimed he had no knowledge of the broken seats, but then WHY would he say “just go get a wrench and crank it up”. Needless to say we had to go buy additional tents and materials for my family to sleep in the campsite. I would NOT have rented this huge car if the rows of seats didn’t fold down, and this was not disclosed in the description. Otherwise, (a BIG otherwise) the Yukon drove fine and the broken air con wasn’t a huge deal, it did cool down quickly.

Monique, I am sorry that you experienced problems with my car. Since I manage this car remotely, I hired a person to go check the car. The seats worked fine. I have posted new pictures on my listing showing ALL SEATS IN THE DOWN POSITION. So, Monique, I am very sorry that you had a problem with my car. I am also sorry that it was hot and there was no patience provided on your part. I feel certain that I could have walked you through the process. To my future guest drivers: The seats work.

Overall, the rental was a good value for us. However, the vehicle was dirty on the inside as well as the windshield. The owner apologized for it and asked if I could clean the car for him before returning it, to which I agreed. He said he would pay for the cleaning, but I have not received reimbursement yet. Also, it was properly disclosed that the air-conditioning did not work on the top vents of the dashboard. However, in my opinion, the rear air-conditioning was not adequate for the front driver in 85° weather as purported by the owner.

Sorry it was a little dirty. It's only me to blame. Also to my future driver guests, the car wash payment had slipped my mind. It has since been paid.
