The car I rented from aurfan was clean and new, smelled great. Great car for the price. My issue was that I set the car up for delivery so I could have a smooth transaction and pay less. Aurfan has bad communication, I confirmed everything 10mins before delivery time and aurfan ignored the address given for the delivery and decided to head in route towards the address on my drivers license. This issue caused me to be waiting outside in the cold for an extra 15mins after our set delivery time. He was very understanding when asked to extend cars trip for an extra day which was great. But then upon returning car Aurfan let me know he was going to be 15mins late which caused me to delay my uber request longer and I was waiting outside yet again for about 10mins to go back home. Everything with the car was great I feel that aurfan needs better communication and punctuality.
