Honestly, it could have been better. For sure, Nikki is a better host than at least another host. It was my first try with Turo and I had a hiccup that messed up an important Friday evening. I wanted to give electric car a shot but the heating part of A/C was not working in a single-digit weather. So it was really difficult to drive in such cold days and on a snowy morning. The glasses were fogged up and couldn't clear quickly. I drove only a little for a few days. In that weather the car wasn't drivable completely. I used it only for my short commute to work About 6 hours before due return time, I requested a day extension as something came up. It was accepted but in an hour he declined. In this one hour, I planned something. But Turo pushed me to return the car and it messed up my evening with couple hundred dollars waste on the road. The customer support rep offered me $50 credit for my calmness on the situation. That's nice of them, eh!
