Car was clean and picking up and dropping off was convenient. The car we rented was listed as a 2020 Alfa Romeo Stelvio ti sport and what we received was a 2018 stelvio q4 base model. Not a huge deal but disappointed we paid for a newer and much better car than we received.

I believe you did not understand the vehicle! the vehicle is as it is listed, according to the photos displayed, the photos are very recent and updated! very new car still with plastic! cars are only listed with the VIN. The rest is all automatic! what you saw was just an old insurance document that includes our old car, we bought that car recently and renewed personal insurance information! I just don't understand why you didn't ask us when you got the vehicle? just gave bad feedback

Will use Sting again 4 sure the next time we're back in the Orlando area. Played back and easy to deal will. Car was very clean and suited our needs perfectly.

Our trip to Orlando was excellent and very comfortable thanks to our Turo ride! The car was there and the communication directing us to the car was perfect! We spent a lot of time in the car during our trip and we were very comfortable.
