I found Nathan easily at DFW. He pointed out the features of the car and handed me the key. He is prompt to respond to messages. Dropoff at DFW was very easy. I had given him my gate information and as soon as I had parked, he found me. I had some hesitation driving a Fiat to rural Texas, but only got compliments on my "cool lil car." Note that if you like to play your own music/podcasts, you should bring an aux cable. The Blue&Me feature of the Fiat struggled to connect to my phone and make sense of my library. I mostly listened to radio. (Which was fine! No complaints here).
