Usually I do not give reviews or recommendations, but this case deserves it. Excellent service. Excellent car. Constant and excellent communication. Everything planned, my first experience in the mountains with snow and when he delivered the car everything had planned. In time when he delivered the car and when I returned it. Jonathan is a true professional. I haven’t had customer service like what he provided ever in a rental. This is a full time deal for him and he really goes out of his way to make sure that the experience is the best it can be. Vehicle: the truck drove great and handled every type of terrain in the snow and ice like it wasn’t even there. The studded tires that his esv comes with improve the performance of the tires in the snow and ice so much that I would rent solely on that item. The other big factor for us was room, 6 suitcases, 2 adults and 2 children and it fit everything perfectly. Service: exceptional. I wasn’t feeling well one day in Denver and I asked Jonathan if he would drive my wife and kids for a reasonable fee to the few things that were open during COVID-19 red status and he did happily even offering to stop for some drinks for me to hydrate. Will definitely rent from him again the next time I’m in Denver.
