Tam was so friendly and prompt in responses. We last minute needed an all wheel drive and prefer Subaru. The price was AMAZING. The same cost of what we would have paid to buy snow chains, and Tam had them included for us.

Tan's Crosstrek was the perfect runabout for the last few days of my Socal trip. Return process is made easier by the fact there's gas stations and a $1 car wash just down the road from where its located. Note that when exiting the gated parking lot, you will need whoever is giving you a ride from there to enter the gate code as there is no pedestrian exit from the lot. Despite this awkward part of the checkout process, Tan was a great host: he answered all my questions quickly, was undstanding when I was running late and even when I knew I was going over the maximum mileage for my booking. I would happily recommend anyone needing a comfortable, economical runabout to rent his Crosstrek.

I am a newbie to using this Turo app to rent a car and the host (Tam) made the process very fool-prof and seamless for myself. The car was very clean it seemed like it was pretty much brand new. I liked the back up camera and the super easy way the car connected to my iPhone. Overall super awesome experience, I totally recommend this host&car and I would definitely do this again. 🙂
