During pick up, we were told the incorrect parking garage level that the car was parked on so we had to search other levels for the car. Also, when we tried to leave the parking garage the gate cameras did not recognize the car because it had a dealer license plate causing another delay in our trip. Lastly, the maintenance required light was on when I picked up the car and stayed on the entire time.
