This was my first time using Turo and overall it was great. I would do it again. Two things I didn't care for: 1. Price seemed better before the $120 car delivery fee. I felt that was a hidden expense and a big one at that 2. I kept getting Turo notifications to extend my trip which felt like pressure to return on time. I wonder what the policy is if it was a few minutes late

Great car and person to rent from! Pick up and return were very smooth. The car literally saved us with the snow mode and 4WD!
