Host was non responsive. Car was not cleaned or fueled. Front suspension needs work and I’m almost certain this vehicle was previously wrecked and rebuilt. I am grateful that I was allowed to extend my trip at the last minute.

I am sorry that you feel I was non responsive. My application was not notifying me. You showed up 15-20 minutes early and I came out to give you the keys 10 minutes before your check in time. You could have called or texted about ext. I approved your request to extend the trip. The car was clean and it’s not a requirement on Turo to have the fuel 100% full. The tank was 1/2 full. The car has not been wrecked and rebuilt. I have the Carfax and the title is clean. Sorry you had a bad experience.
