Mark was a kind and courteous host and I would be happy to rent a car from him again. Unfortunately a mistake was made somewhere and the car was reported in the ad as being a Model 3 Performance with AWD instead of a Standard Plus with RWD. This error wasn't noticed by me until I was already mostly through the rental period. Because this is a platform for car enthusiast's, I've got to drop down to a four star rating for the rental. Clean car, great host and an innocuous mistake I'm sure, just not the Model 3 Performance like I had thought it was. If you're looking for a beautiful Model 3 Standard Plus to rent, Mark is your guy!

Mack I had to call turo to get the performance label changed, I didn’t put it up and couldn’t change it myself. I guess turo some how selected it when the listing was put up. Glad we connected though and I’ll look you up when I can your way.

Mark was super great with me and explained me in detail how to use a Tesla. The configuration is awesome, black on black chrome-less with tinted windows. Would recommend to anyone.
