This car is very nice but Caitlin is a bit unorganized. We paid to have the car delivered to the airport and once we finally found the car in long term parking we had to sit outside of the car for 10 minutes waiting for it to be unlocked for us remotely. Then while leaving the parking lot Caitlin told us to give to parking attendant our Turo reservation number so that we wouldn’t have to pay for parking. The attendant said they never heard of that and we had to pay $17 to exit. I asked for a refund but was told that I should contact the airport parking and ask them for a refund. Not a big deal had I not had to pay $50 for airport delivery or at least had I been informed it would be $50 for delivery plus the parking fee.

Hey Scott, so sorry again about the delay to open the car for you. The airport is definitely supposed to allow you to leave without paying for Turo reservations and has for all the other trips we’ve had. I’m happy to reimburse you the $17 the airport charged you for parking myself if you would send along the information I requested for how to reimburse. Thanks for renting and safe travels!
