Due to a family emergency, I was unable to rent the car. I had just started working with turo and I wasn’t sure on how to work the application. I want to apologize to the person, I had to cancel to. They are more than welcomed to rent the car again with a discount due to the circumstances. My apologies to turo and the guest! It sure won’t happen again, I am more informed with the app and it’s regulations.
