The car was dirty . Owner was about 40 min late . At the beginning , little hard communication. The rest was well .

The car was freshly detailed the night before. Your idea of dirty was me taking mail out of the glove compartment. I was not 40 min late as I was in the same building as the vehicle and had to do the check in process prior to you receiving the car. I'm sorry you felt this way but chose not to communicate any issues with me directly but in the future there are plenty of other vehicles in the city that you can use
