No communication not a good customer service!!

Hi Antonio, I am sorry to see I did not meet your expectations on this trip. I am not sure what communication was missed, as I answered all of your messages and picked up your phone calls right away. Unfortunately I was not able to accommodate your early pickup request, which is unfortunately out of my control and was not “poor communication”. I hope that is not the reason for a 3 star review. Great truck, super comfortable and looks brand new inside and out. Very easy pick up n drop off. Jim is very friendly. Great experience.
