My overall trip was a complete mess. For starters the devil had been busy all Thursday, from Spirit Airline modifying my trip earlier then what I paid for, up to the customer service being poor. When contacting Imani about her vehicle Wednesday night, because prices were to the roof, she was the only person with good review and great pricing. I schedule the car for 9am-5am. After providing my information for payment Imani stated that "The car wouldn't be ready until 1pm". I responded back to her stating that I already paid for 9am. I tired to use someone else that would be prefect timing when I arrived but TURO wouldn't allow me to pick anyone else, because I already scheduled my pick up when Imani. After looking around for the time that I needed I just decided that I would just have to hang around until pick-up time. Imani then gave me her number and told me that I could contact her directly. I thought that would be a better way for her, due to my asking important questions about pick-up in general. Because when I wrote her on the app it stated the it was "READ" but she wasn't responding in a timely fashion. By the time I arrived in ATL to contact her she didn't answer. I stayed at the airport for about 25mins waiting on her to call back no answer, through text or the TURO app. My friend picked me and my mother up because I couldn't have her waiting but for so long, she disable. In route to the hotel Imani called when we are about 15mins from the hotel. She stated that I could come and pick-up the car, but at the point it was an inconvenience to the driver and my mother and I had been traveling all day and was exhausted. Imani stated "I can drop the car off to you for a fee of $20.00. More money and no communication. At that point I told her "Ok fine". Upon arriving at the hotel I notice the red Mini Cooper on my left head side walking towards the hotel. It was a male in the car but no female. The car then pulled off and went around a corner where it was dark. I walked over to the car and ask the guy after he got out the car "Where is Imani?" He replied "She not her and she at work. You think I'm going to let my girl come out here. F**k no." I replied "She never stated or even communicated Sir that a male was dropping off the car. I'm a female in a dark space and you want me to get in this car? I don't even know your name, introducing yourself would have been a nice gesture." The male was overly aggressive and I was very uncomfortable. I called Imani to verify the guy that dropped off the car still no answer. I text her she responded stating that "That's my boyfriend". I told her she should have communicated with me better, because that situation could have bad really fast. I told the guy to leave. Checking into my hotel I text Imani in regards to the situation, she stated that "Y'all people kill me not knowing how the app works." I took offense to that because I'm a African-American Proud Black Well Educated Woman it is sad that some of our people of color can't even run a business-customer service nor have the respect of others. It's really heart breaking. I tried to contact TURO customer service, NO ANSWER. I was on hold for over an hour regarding that matter. I emailed them about the issue and still haven't received anything yet. Imani via text me and told me that I could pick up the car, but at that time I was frustrated and it was after 12am. I told her I would pickup the car the next day. When I got there I took pictures of the in and outside of the car. The car hadn't been clean it was dirty, it smelled, the chairs rocked back and forth, the engine light was on it also needed an alinement. But I needed to make sure me mother got around so we had to make do with what we had. By the night time driving the lights on the car wasn't bright they where dull and the driver light was out. This overall experience was trash and TURO customer service was no help. I would never use this app ever again.

This first time Turo renter booked the car for 9am but then the morning of she changed the pick up time to 8:30pm bc of issues with her flight. Once she arrived to Atl, she asked to have the vehicle delivered to her 13 miles away from the normal pick up location. I charge $75 for delivery in which she declined when booking the reservation but I offered to have the vehicle delivered to her for $20 since she kept stating how she had been having a bad day. I tried my very best to accommodate her
