I DO NOT recommend this renter. After picking my vehicle, she parked it overnight, leaving the headlights on as well as an interior light, draining the battery. In the morning, when the car wouldn't start, she called me and was incredibly rude. I left work to meet her with jumper cables only to find when I arrived that she was abandoning the vehicle and had made arrangements to rent through Enterprise instead. I had the car boosted in two seconds and found that both the interior and exterior lights had been left on. Leaving lights on is an honest mistake but there was no excuse for her rudeness or abandoning the rental.
