Access to the property was difficult since there is a gate. Vehicle needs new tires or alignment. There was quite a bit of vibrations on the highway.

Thanks for the feedback. tires were checked recently, haven’t driven it since they told me tires will be due for change by February when I took it to inspect the air since I have not been driving it and with Dodge once it’s winter the air tend to go low so I took it for inspection and the air was topped at American tires. I will take it again to another shop. This van is on Turo because I hardly use it and it hadn’t been on Turo for about 2 months but will again look into it. Thanks

First and last time user of Turo. This rental completely turned us off to this platform. Vehicle was picked up with “light trash” inside the vehicle however we are not nit picky renters and just let it be. Upon return the vehicle was returned in the same condition with what I would easily classify as “light cleaning” (light dirt on seats and mats, easily vacuumed up) even per Turos stated policy. Owner wanted an additional $30 cleaning fee. Upon dispute Turo went against their own stated policy and charged the cleaning fee. Turo policy states owner is responsible for “light cleaning” upon return. At no point was the vehicle returned with needing “moderate to severe” cleaning. The vehicle even had damage cosmetically that wasn’t fixed prior to renting. I get that this isn’t a traditional car rental but as one who wanted to give the platform a try I will no longer use Turo due to the headache caused in outrageous fees without recourse. Your cleaning and getting the car ready for the next renter should be done as a cost of doing business and factored into the price, not an extra fee dropped at the time of return. If renting from this person you better take lots of pictures, professionally clean the car, and document everything with legal counsel. No thanks. I’ll pay slightly more for the convenience of a known car rental businesses and not worry about the hassles. This is why Turo will fail.
