Communication is terrible. Pick-up details were not available and my message on the Turo app was ignored. Host wanted me to drop off the car at a different location, but ignored my texts for days about drop-off details until 11pm the night prior. She also offered a discount for this request which was not fulfilled. The car had a slow leak in a tire which the host knew about and failed to mention before pick-up. On pick-up day, she told me to just take it to jiffy lube to get the tires pumped, which I should not have had to do. I took the car to jiffy lube 3x during this 1-month rental. My text informing her of this was ignored. The car was very messy inside. I vacuumed, threw away used tissues, etc. Turo hosts are usually great, however I was very disappointed with this particular Turo experience.
