He harassed me cause I worked overnight and fell asleep over the time I was suppose to bring him the car back his girlfriend that follow me on Instagram reached out the my friends threatening them to released my address without even informing turo. I been with turo almost a year why would I be that that to take a damn car???? It was a honest mistake. Before I went to sleep at 6am this morning I try paying for extra hours but it wouldn’t allow me comes to find out from turo that the insurance was rejected so that why I couldn’t extend. Long story you don’t go on a man haunt that way FOR NONE! It was misunderstanding . SIMPLE. I really feel embarrassed and harassed from the girlfriend I don’t know.

No one harassed you. You set the return time at 10am I expected the car back at .10am for another guest so it was not available to be extended. My business partner and manager reached out via social media which is not uncommon in this society to retrieve vehicle. Car is fully insured fresh off car lot. And is still currently listed by Turo. In conclusion we apologize for any inconvenience or bad experiences on our behalf and I hope that you rent again thanks.
