Wonderful experience all around. I had a headlight that went out and Doug scheduled a time to swing by and fix it for me. Super awesome guy and great ride!

RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!!! Douglas provided no pre-pick up communication or information. I had to reach out to him in regards to us being on our way to pick up. He simply told me the key was on the tire. Strike 1! The moment we opened the doors to the car it instantly smelled HEVAILY of marijuana! Once we begin driving the car rode really rough, but we attempted to deal with it to cut down on ubering everywhere. Well after only having the car for 24 hours the check engine light came on! At this point I was done and wanted Douglas to pick up the car because it was clearly not drivable. He tried to convince me to ignore the check engine light and that it was just a system error. WHO DOES THAT FOR A RENTAL! I'm paying money for a well maintained vehicle not a run down car that barely works. He put up a fuss and swore he didn't know how to cancel the trip so now im fighting with him and turo to get a full refund for a car I didn't even use!

That was not the story. I left the key, as the guest was more than an hour late. The smell of tobacco was weak and the car was sanitized properly. After 2 days of rent the guest wanted to return the car without paying. Left 45 minutes ago from the correct location. I had to pay and picked up the car. The guest didn't want to pay anything. I am a 5 star host, I treat everyone with respect and professionalism and when I make a mistake, I have the humility to recognize it.
