Took two trips into SF city and the car was great. Has two different usb plug ins for iphone/android, super clean, and has a mount for your gps 👌🏼

DO NOT USE THIS GUY. I wouldn’t rent from him again if someone paid me! The only positive attribute was prompt communication. DIRTY interior upholstery, like stains on seats. Missing pieces on vents. Just all around a cheap, crappy car. This is basically a tin can on wheels. You pick up from some low income apartments in concord. And then he filed a claim for extra gas and cleaning when I even stopped and topped off bc it dropped below the F, just to be extra kosher. Dude has the audacity to say it needed $6 in gas, that’s impossible bc the tank is so small it would show 3/4 of a tank if it needed 2 gallons. He charged convenience fee for gas, a cleaning fee of $100, and tried to file a Turo claim (before I could even reply). I think he was just waiting for someone to rent it so he could make a claim on his crappy car. I’ve enjoyed using Turo up UNTIL this guy and this experience. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be using Turo anymore solely due to this experience. I loved using this app and putting money in people’s pockets especially during this time rather than large corporations. But I’m done. Thanks for nothing Danzis.

Jessica damaged my car and decided to blame me. - Damaged trunk - Broken vent - Damaged outside mirror - Didn't bother to respond - Left stains on EVERY SEAT. The car was detailed before the pickup. Rented like 20 times before and rated 5-stars. We have "before" and "after" pictures but she is not reasonable. I talked to Turo support and they did review the photos and THEY charged her $100 for cleaning. Wow, she's not going to use Turo anymore. Thank god!

He was incredibly flexible and upfront about any issues I might have with the car. I would certainly rent with him again- if I lived closer, lol. Certainly worth the commute
