Really great car! Three stars because car features were not as advertised. We were going on a road trip and we were counting on Bluetooth speaker connections as advertised but Bluetooth and other features that were listed were not available in the car we picked up. Wonderful driving experience and very well maintained. Jackie was very communicative and easy to contact and made pick/up drop off a cinch. All things considered, enjoyable ride but bummed that the car feature description was misleading.

Thanks for the feedback. I do have Bluetooth speakers, but I can definitely make the setup process more user-friendly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Jackie was very easy and open with communication, made the whole experience a breeze. She was super accommodating and friendly, would def organize something with her again!

Jackie was super efficient and helpful having the car ready and sanitized. She was easy to communicate with and the car itself was wonderful. Drove really well and was spacious. Will be renting from her again!
