My trip resulted in my vehicle being towed after a flat tire. Elizabeth was originally kind and understanding but became very rude and demanding. As I was not available to retrieve my vehicle from the tire shop until they completed the installation of a new tire, I reached out to Elizabeth to update her of the time frame. Being that the tire shop where I have my tires insured was estimating two days before I would be able to retrieve my vehicle, I advised Elizabeth to cancel the trip. She agreed, however, never actually canceled. I continued to update Elizabeth and she became upset due to the fact that she left an article of clothing in my vehicle. She was texting me multiple times a day requesting to meet for her jacket. Being that my vehicle was still at the tire shop, I did not have the opportunity to meet her. She was not understanding of this at all. She began sending disrespectful messages and would not stop. The afternoon that I finally received a call stating that my vehicle was ready for pickup, I was on my way out of state to attend my sisters wedding. I reached out to Elizabeth to update her, letting her know I would be happy to meet her so that she may retrieve her jacket once I returned home as I was already leaving town late as I did not anticipate having to be at the tire shop before my trip. This angered Elizabeth and she continued to message me demanding that it was my fault that she had a flat tire, that she left her jacket and that I was not able to meet her any earlier. I had to mute her messages in order to have peace for my sisters wedding weekend. Elizabeth left my vehicle very muddy, from the floors to my touch screen, she spilled tea in my cup holders and left trash in my vehicle. I would not recommend hosting Elizabeth if you care for your vehicle’s safety and condition.

Guest didn’t return the car at the right location, this caused me to have to go find the car and cancel an upcoming reservation.
