Nelson was punctual, communicated well but like his previous rental, he smoked weed in my car and left it smelling like marijuana.

Vehicle came back clean but wirh a strong smell of smoke , also the air fragrant doesn’t help when you install it and it ruins it for other customers . Also vehicle arrived 2.5 hours late when you knew there is already another reservation on the car
