John was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Car was easy to pickup and return and he accommodated our needs and times. The car was perfect in the snowy conditions. Would highly recommend and would definitely hire again.

Super fun vehicle for the Aspen terrain. John was responsive to arrange drop off at the Viceroy hotel and when we added another day. The car allowed us to visit Independence Pass and Maroon Bells very easily. Downtown aspen has mostly metered parking and free on Sundays. Car has reverse camera and navigates very smoothly. I felt like a very comfortable in it. Highly recommend his vehicle.

The experience was fantastic. Much more affordable and seamless compared to a rental car, and a much nicer vehicle.
