This renter was told that I have 2 rules: no smoking, and keep the speed under 90 mph. He broke both of them. GPS tracking reported 98 mph several times, and I warned him by text message to slow down. I guess he didn't like that. Car also stunk of weed when it was returned an hour late. Please note his 2 star rating comes with no specific complaints.
