By far the worst Turo rental I have ever had. Upon arriving to the car it was so dirty and in need of repair that Turo offered to reimburse me for cleaning and gave me a credit on my account. The trip started off on the wrong foot when Coree dropped of the car late, first telling me it was parked on the exit, it took some work to get him to drop it off at the location that was sent to me after booking which is less than 2 min away. I hd taken an uber and could not get to the first place the car was dropped off easily. Coree the refused to let me in the car in 106 degree heat after I repeatedly gave his requests for a picture of my Id with my face in the shot, I hd to end up posting and sending to him 3 separate times even though it was placed in the trip photos soon after placing the reservation. He would t answer the phone or texts to try and resolve this, so I never knew why he continued to ask for this even though it was already given. Now the car....dents, scratches, a dried milkshake in one of the dashboard containers, missing buttons, a chunk of the steering wheel was missing, the car was not washed before dropping it off, weatherproofing seals were falling off, AND he left the car with no gas! So upon returning the car someone came up, not sure if it was Coree and his wife or who it was came to tell me that there was damage to the car bumper. Absolutely ludacris, it seems like he was using my rental as an opportunity to scam someone and blame them for already existing damage. Kind of a smart idea now that I can look back in it...it’s easy to blame a driver of damage after giving them a damaged car then file a claim on it. Other than the owner being absolutely rude before the reservation and at pick up and it being the worst car I have ever rented (they wouldn’t even allow it to go off the lot at many places). I will say a few of Turo agents were very helpful during all of this, the app itself did have some issues and malfunctions during the trip

By far the worst Renter I've ever come across. Not only did you not want to show your ID but you're also lying about the car being dirty. You were being non-cooperative to showing your ID, you damaged my vehicle and you didn't return my vehicle on time. I have proof that you damaged my car. I have people with videos and photos of you being non cooperative, being impaired in the vehicle. All of your words are subjective while I HAVE EVIDENCE. I'll be submitting my proof to BBB.
