January was a very communicative punctual and very flexible I'm getting the car from him. talking with January and making arrangements was easy going. however dealing with Turo and their customer service sucks. when I start asking questions about what documentation I need to recertify for your service and your customer service rep can't tell me what documentation is in, I was finally able to pull out of them that I need my driver's license than he couldn't tell me what other documentation that i need he said I will have to find out it when my email which I have not so that just tells me that your customer service sucks gotten
