Mr Howard was very professional and pleasant to work with. The car was clean and ran well. I will definitely be renting again.

He came and dropped the car off a hour after the time we set to get the car. Waited at a cold train station. Very disappointing. Messed up my following timeline that I had arranged. I will not be reserving a car from him again.

Airport drop off can be problematic. guest was. Kept in the loop with the delay and was financially compensated for it.
