Akeel was very punctuality 5stars, Communication 5 stars, Convenience 5 stars, pick up and return 5 stars. Listing accuracy, cleanliness and safety 2 stars disappointed. the car was not ready when I arrive. Akeel washes the car but didn’t vacuum the interior and wipe disinfectant. We are traveling during covid season. My parents are 60 plus. I had to wipe and disinfectant the interior of the car. I ask Akeel did he renter out the car during this covid season. He said no. So he should have enough take care of the interior. I think akeel should take this matter more seriously. Only then I would rent his car again.
