Jacqueline has always been a great renter. She kept the car very clean, easy to communicate with and return on-time. Would definitely rent to her again.

HOSTS BE AWARE The renter had some good reviews and some experience with Turo when she booked with me so I didn't hesitate to rent her the car. Everything went well until the reimbursement. She went over mileage and lower on gas, but she denied it right away. The renter just kept arguing how many miles should be included till midnight and then another day... showing me why Turo was wrong and why I was wrong and comparing my car to other cars with higher daily rate and higher mileage, no matter how we tried to explain and clarify. Since all the evidence is there, Turo confirmed the reimbursement is valid. Honestly, experience renters often mean smoother than normal transactions. It's really frustrating to see an experienced renter arguing against the fact persistently hard. Would like to save some hassles...
