Car was at 45.8 % and I returned it at 45.5%. Jim wants to charge for not returning the car fully charged. Very dishonest... Jim agreed it was at 45% and he stated he need 24 hours before pickup. Nonetheless, he still wants me to pay the extra fee, even though it is not my fault. The dispute is opened with Turo. He also wants to charge me cleaning fees as well. The car was super cleaned when I returned it, which I have the carwash receipt. Why would I pay extra. I have a lot of pictures that prove otherwise.

I agree car was at 45% charge but melao didn't want to pay his on road ev charges of $100 for 6 day trip from LV TO AZ of almost 900 miles and didn't want to pay $20 dollar cleaning fee for listed charge on turo site of 3 or more day rental of car. I'm always Honest and up front and work with all my clients.
