When I picked up the vehicle, the host was very nice and accommodating. I have never been to Texas, and the only reason I am in Texas is that my mom is in the hospital. The vehicle wasn't in the best of the condition because it is 2011, but it was sufficient enough for me to get back and forth to the hospital. Two days after having the vehicle, it started to rain. I was on my way to drop off my son at the airport, and the car began to slide and shake on the highway as I was driving. I was driving 40 in the 70 because the car was sliding terribly, that it almost caused an accident. I called the host to inform him of the situation, and he stated that all his cars are good and he doesn't know why I was experiencing this problem and maybe I have the car in manual. I was driving the car in drive. He also stated that I could bring the car back but will have to pay more if I wanted to lease another one of his cars. Honestly, I should've received a full refund due to the situation, because I could not drive the car due to the saftey issue. I don't think it's fair that I was charged for four days and only drove the car for two days that it was in my possession. This car is not recommended to drive in the rain. I hope that the host gets new tires and fix that issue. It is not safe! If the issue is resolved, it may not be too bad of a car.
