I might be too generous for giving two stars to Keronlay. Here is a summary of what we had to go through: - The rear tire on the passenger side was completely deflated when we got the car back. Even the sign on dashboard said the tire was deflated, but she had driven the car with a deflated tire for who knows how far. Keep in mind that there was a spare tire in the trunk! - All 4 tires on our car were purchase early summer (only 5 months ago) so they were almost new. - We inflated the tire, but it got deflated again while it was parked in the parking. We took the car to the auto service where we had bought the high quality tires to see what happened to the tire. They found a huge screw in the tire (picture uploaded to Turo) and said that the tire cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced. We lost our next booked trip (had to cancel) and future trips in the next 7-10 business days, since we have to wait for the tire we ordered to arrive in 7-10 business days. - They do not recommend putting a different tire on the car as it could damage the car and could sabotage the safety of our future guests, which is why the only option for us is to wait. - We have been very transparent in communicating the results from auto service and from our conversations with Turo customer service, but Keronlay seems to not read messages carefully and keeps repeating the questions we have already answered which requires spending even more time on this issue.
