Hi Latoya. Thank you for booking the vehicle and I apologize if this experience did not met your expectation. Let me explain the two issues you mention about the vehicle: clearness and smoke smells First, I have been following the cleaning guide of Turo at all times. During this pandemic, to maintain the vehicle clean has always been my top priority, and I always upload photos of vehicle interior before the trip starts. Second, I am a non smoker and I prohibit my guests smoking in the vehicle.

Renting a car has never been as quick and most stress free than this! Fang was very prompt and easy to communicate with. The car smelled clean when picked up. It also ran with great efficiency throughout the trip. I will definitely rent from Fang again in the future. Thank you to Fang & Turo :)
