Derrick was very quick with the accepting on the booking. His car drove lovely and we didn’t have any issues. Will recommend renting.

Derrick was very responsive and seemed to take great care of the car. However, when he booked, I had told him I could only rent the car to him if he was able to return it cleaned and fully charged because I was out of town and had another renter scheduled to pick up 2 hours after he dropped it off. He subsequently agreed to do so. A full charge is 200+ miles and he dropped it off with only 120 hours even though he texted me an hour earlier that it would be fully charged. To be fair, when he picked up the car it was only at 170-180 miles due to being out in the heat using energy to cool the cabin. I would likely rent to Derrick again as I found him to be overall a very conscientious renter, but we did have this one small issue.
