Had a great experience with Ricardo and this rental. He delivered it right to the airport when I arrived and was there at ticketing for drop off. Way easier than a traditional hertz or budget rental. I initially rented this truck because none of the traditional rental agencies let you tow, Therefore Ricardos GMC was perfect for my needs. He included a tow hitch and I was able to tow my boat a few times and enjoy being out on the water. I also put Kayaks in the back twice and the truck performed as it should. Nice truck even nicer host! Would recommend to anyone in need of a truck
