The large pickup we'd reserved was changed to an SUV 10 hours before our agreed collection time. This significantly impacted our trip as we were unable to fit everything in to the alternative vehicle, and two people traveling with us ended up needing to book a flight as we couldn't all fit. Furthermore, the replacement vehicle was a plug in hybrid which was completely unsuitable for the ling journey. The change in vehicle may have been due to a legitimate reason outside of their control, however, I have attempted to contact them to arrange for some financial compensation for our losses and have not received a response. Outside this significant issue the serviced received was very good, which is why I didn't give 1 star.
