The host overcharged me unreasonable amounts for pretty much everything they could. Euro never replied to my messages. I paid extra for cleaning even though I returned the car perfectly clean, for chagring, even though I charged until the car said ”charging complete”, and for other stuff. The car itself- I think its overhyped. Disappointingly uncomfortable and the charging is so annoying.

Thanks for the feedback. To clarify - Hosts on Turo do NOT have any capability of charging renters, let alone overcharging. Only Turo has the right of deciding reasonable amounts. Think of Turo as the rental company, we are just owners of the cars who hand off the keys. This renter returned the car late, dirty, undercharged and over mileage, all verified and charged accordingly by Turo. We always send renters TIPS to avoid fees and charge EV faster. Highly recommended and easy to follow!
