The car was perfect! Michael made the entire process so easy. He treats you like family and is an unbelievable host. We are very fortunate we were able to meet Michael and use his car. It was the best Turo experience I’ve ever had!!

Anabelle was great and super responsive. The car was dropped off promptly with a full tank and very clean. There was a little delay in the pick up time but she was super communicative throughout.

This made me a believer in Turo. Could not have gone any smoother. Met me at my hotel with the Range Rover, and at the end of the trip met me curbside at the airport. The vehicle was amazing, perfect for day trips around the island. The 4Runner is very capable and you feel like you are ready for any weather or roads the island can throw at you. The vehicle is also much better equipped than a newer rental car, so definitely a value. Trayes is an awesome host who is prompt and easy to work with. He also provided some wonderful recommendations for my trip that you won’t see in a guide book or online.

Melinda’s Jeep was perfect for cruising around the island. Taking the front top off/on was easy and quick and the vehicle was immaculate. Melinda made drop off and pick up simple and she was accommodating to some changes I needed to make.

Melinda was great! Allowed us to extend by an hour on late notice with no issues. Pick up and drop off at Grand Wailea was a breeze.
