For the past 5 years Kirk has been THE ONLY person I've ever rented from when I'm in town. I've never had any problems with either him nor the Jeep. He's very friendly and accommodating each time and the Jeep is always nice and clean upon delivery. I highly recommend him!

My entire experience was exceptional! My trip started with James dropping the vehicle off. He greeted me with a smile and superior customer experience. It literally felt like a rental car commercial. The vehicle was clean, looked sharp as a tack, and drove very smoothly. Seats 5 adults comfortably with storage room in the truck. It also had all the right features I look for in a personal vehicle (usb charger, connect, sound system, automatic controls, seat adjustments, leather, etc). I’d encourage you to grab this Grand Cherokee if it’s available!

Babatundes Macan was great! He was very prompt and easy to communicate with. If I come back to St. Paul I would definitely use his Porsche again. I accidentally left my $500 sunglasses in his car and he brought them back to my hotel without a problem.

This was the best Turo experience of mine! Waris was a very patient host, he was able to explain everything perfectly in great details! This Lexus came nice and clean. He even put some little snacks inside of the glove box in case we starved while driving. Whenever I had a question for him, he would always reply me quickly with great quality and information. I’m looking forward to renting some of his other vehicles too! Something you might want to know: this is a fully loaded Lexus RX 450 hybrid, it is very advanced in terms of technology. Some of the features worth to mention are Lane keep Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, ungraded sound system, heated and cooled seats, blind spot monitor. This Lexus’s loaded with safety features. If you are looking for a safe and comfortable ride for your family, then this is going to be right choice! Very pleasant experience with Waris, and yes I’ll definitely rent cars from him again.

Nick is one of the most professional and knowledgeable hosts that are on Turo. He has a wonderful attitude and knows his stuff in and out. His Model Y is the nicest one available to rent in MN. Compared to a long range Y this is leagues above them. There is no reason to spend hundreds more and drive a regular car from the rental agencies when you have this amazing opportunity. His customer service is miles ahead of any national chain and you will be remembering the experience months after your trip or rental is over. Don't hesitate, rent now before it's gone.

Nick was highly accommodating and a very professional owner of this vehicle. The Model Y is in premium condition and very well kept. A very fun vehicle to really get the full Tesla experience. By far the best user - user product sharing experience I have had; I will certainly be renting from Nick again in the future.

10/10 recommend! David was a wonderful host - great communication, friendly, even helped us load and unload our bags. But the best part was the crazy convenient pickup/drop-off at MSP airport - we texted when our plane landed and as soon as we had our bags he met us right at baggage claim with the car with his ride following to pick him up. SO much easier than using a rental company and taking the shuttle bus, waiting in line at the counter, etc - totally worth the extra $50 for airport pickup/drop-off! His car is in tip-top shape and you can't beat the hybrid gas mileage! We just had to get used to figuring out when the car was on and off since it was so quiet! We had a miscommunication about drop-off when it was time to leave, which was partly my fault but as soon as we got in touch he immediately came to meet us and pick up the car which we greatly appreciated!

This was the best rental car experience, and best rental car, I have ever had in my life! Nick was unbelievably fair and understanding to work with, as well as being incredibly responsive. The Tesla Y is a truly amazing car that far exceeded my expectations! In fact, I think this will have to be our next car. I have driven some remarkable cars in the past including Audi, Porsche, and even a Bentley and I found the Tesla Y more fun to drive. I look forward to renting this Tesla Y from Nick again when I am back in town.

Jordan was such a wonderful host! The car was perfect, immaculate and ready for us upon arrival. Jordan really went the extra mile to accommodate us on our trip to Minneapolis. We ran into a few issues(not related to Jordan) and needed some extra support and she did everything possible to help us. I would rent from her again without question. We also met her father, Scott, and he was a very kind person as well. I will rent from Jordan again in the future!
