Hany was an awesome host! The car was clean, gassed up and ready to go when I arrived. He was able to accommodate my arrival and drop off times with no issues at all. Communication was great and to top it off, he was able to get us a reservation at a one of the hottest restaurants in town (Nobu) by calling in a favor even though they were fully booked! I couldn’t recommend a better host.

Best host I’ve ever rented with. Diego was very responsive, even when I got one tire slashed during the trip. Very patient and understanding while I was getting the repair and making the claim on Turo’s insurance. He even let me pick up and return the car later than originally scheduled. We took Khalid’s Model X on a trip from Southern California to Northern California for a wedding. Talk about a fun road trip car. The car is in great shape, clean, and looks great with the tint. The added window shade for the front glass roof was appreciated on our long trip. Autopilot and the adaptive cruise control were super nice and made the long drive a breeze. As for range, we caravanned with a 2020 Model 3 Standard Range and a 2019 Model 3 Long Range. We’d usually have 20% more battery than the SR. My brother in laws Model 3 Long Range did the best of all of us, but that was expected. Hopefully this helps anyone curious about highway range. You can easily road trip this car, we did. We also had no issues with supercharging, we saw it peak around 140 kW which is what they did when new. Most of our charging stops were short thanks to supercharging. The car lets you know how long to charge, most of the time it was only 20-30 minutes. We definitely plan to rent again for a road trip or weekend trip.

Khalid is a great guy. First time driving Tesla. He explained it to me really well. I lost his key fob while coming back from a trip. He was very helpful and good communication while driving back. About the car: I am a person who wants to get to the destination as quickly as possible. I try not to stop on the way unless it is really necessary. If you are like me, I won't recommend this car. With this car, I was able to drive about 80-90 miles using a 50-60% charge. I am not sure if this is normal but one way to Vegas, I charged 3 times. (Including the charge that I did a night before) Fully charged, it will go about 160-180 miles max. It was very unusual to me. I thought it would go at least 250-300 miles. So I had to stop 2 times on the way to Vegas and each time, I had to spend 30-40mins for the car to be charged to 80%. (to 100% it takes much more than an hour) For some people hanging out for 30-40 mins in the car, killing time may be ok but to me, I felt like I am waiting forever. lol It will be depending on the charger location, you can go eat or shop but the place I had to stop, the restaurant won't open for dine-in and stores were closed, and another place was just a gas station and a small convenient store with a lot of people, nothing else around. The car is great. The lane-keeping, smart cruise control, and autopilot features are great. The gull-wing door is fantastic. All the tech packed in the car is awesome but the fact that I had to stop multiple times and long charging time threw me off pretty bad. I was really excited to rent Tesla and I was actually thinking to buy one after the trip but I changed my mind now. ^^

This was the BEST experience ever! Khalid was so helpful and answered all of my questions and gave us so much information about the car! The car was immaculate and fully charged when we picked it up! It was so fun to drive and we will definitely rent from Khalid again when we are back in Cali!
