Derek was a very good host. Although the car was not clean it was obvious that he did not intend to rent it in that condition and was shocked at how dirty it was. He was very accommodating and lucky that I enjoy detailing cars. I was delayed due to traffic during my trip which Derek was very understanding and responsive. The vehicle itself was very nice, maintained, and a great car to use. The space it provided and gas mileage was very accommodating. With that said I will gladly look to use Derek again for any future trips. Pick-up and drop-off were very easy.
