From the moment I booked Marquis’s vehicle, I was met with the utmost professionalism, promptness (in her responses), and transparency. Upon pickup, she greeted me with a smile and pleasant demeanor, and personally thanked me for booking her vehicle. During the walk-around, she was more than happy to answer all of my questions. And upon return, she even dropped me off at the airport! Regarding the vehicle, it was nothing less than pristine. It had a super clean interior/exterior, smelled great, and the gas hand was even on full as well. Its sleek looks grabbed others’ attention while the ride was buttery smooth. Bottom line—Marquis’s offering is one that is extremely hard to beat. Excellent vehicle. Excellent price. Outstanding customer service. Book with Marquis and you WILL NOT be disappointed. This rental was my first Turo rental. I have always been skeptical about renting from personal owners. Marquis was very professional and efficient throughout the entire rental process. All issues where handled by this outstanding host. Dealing with Turo, swapping out cars when random lighting issue arose…it turned a negative into a positive by showing me that everything doesn’t have to be perfect and there’s support for problems that arise. Great experience overall!

Marquis was very professional and communicated with me from the moment I rented the vehicle on the app until the night I returned it. Last minute we ended up deciding to rent the car for one additional day about 12 hours before we were supposed to have it back and they were really awesome about it and let me have a vehicle for an additional 24 hours after payment was secured. I’ve been having a terrible week! Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I needed to get a car ASAP to travel out of town. The car served its purpose and the check in and out process was smooth. Marquis responded immediately when I contacted her. She was very professional and understandable during my trip.
