This was my first time using Turo. My car needed to be repaired, and I had a trip planned to go to Iowa for my niece's college graduation. Giovanny had a very nice vehicle ready for use within the short amount of time I started looking. Vehicle was clean, still had that new car smell, and drove beautifully!! Giovanny was very helpful, and even allowed me to extend my rental without a problem. I will definitely be getting another vehicle from Giovanny!

Melvin was awesome. I had a rental car company reservation that the company cancelled on me last minute. Literally the day before, I contacted Melvin and he could not have been more accommodating. Not only did he let me book right away, he even brought the vehicle to my home and offered to pick it up! All 7 of us were able to comfortably attend a concert and I am truly impressed with Melvin's prompt responses and friendliness!
