Do I Need to Fill Up the Gas Tank Before Returning?
We do ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return.
What if I Need Extra Mileage?
We do offer an “Extra” where you can purchase more mileage; if you are going to go over mileage by a significant amount, we do encourage you to purchase that extra. Otherwise, we charge per mile over the allotted mileage, which varies depending on the car, but you can find the details on the trip details page of the app.
How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?
Yes, as a renter, you are responsible for all toll charges. At the end of each trip, I will go through and tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement at the end of the trip.
Do I need to clean the vehicle before returning?
We ask that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. We don't expect you to go out and detail the car before return, but we do appreciate the car being tidy upon return.

Mac is awesome! Good hand-off when picking up the car. Great communication. Comfortable car. He was my hero! The car notified him that the battery was super low. He texted me right away. Turns out, I left the headlights on, and the battery was draining while I was at work hundreds of miles away from home! He reached out to make sure I was safe. One "jump" later, all was well! He notified me before I was stuck! I felt like he cared more about me than the car! That's customer service! 💯

Mac is a great host. He provided detailed instructions in advance of pickup and return. Although the car is an older model, it is well maintained. The interior was immaculate and the tires look brand new. Also, it was reliable during our 2 week rental.
