Vehicle is expected to be returned in the same state as it was received. As a friendly reminder, please take note of the following during your trip: - No Pet and No Smoking please(included Vaping) - Please do your best to keep the car clean excessive dirt, mud, sand, and/or stains will result in additional cleaning fees. - I will attempt to have the vehicle delivered with at least 180 miles of EV range. Please return the vehicle with the same EV range as you received to avoid a flat fee charge, or purchase the prepaid EV recharge extra for the convenience of returning without recharging. Please recharge to at least 150 miles of range to avoid recharging fees. - If you use any toll roads or bridges during your trip, no worries. You can either leave cash in the vehicle or I will just invoice you once I receive the toll notice in the mail. Turo has a strict insurance policy that ends when your trip ends. If you need more time, please notify me. Keep in mind the time it takes to recharge your rental vehicle when planning to arrive at your return time. Not notifying me before your scheduled return time may result in fees listed under Turo support: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990780-Fees-fines *** Late Return *** If you want to extend your trip for several hours, you can just modify the time through Turo dashboard BEFORE the trip ended. Or message me on Turo to see whether the car is OK for a slightly late return (This is to protect you as Turo insurance is only effective during the rental periods). Tesla mobile access should not be disabled at any time. If for any reason you must disable this, please notify me first. If the Tesla Mobile access is disabled, valet mode will be enabled, and the vehicle will be reported stolen to local law enforcement. You will be responsible for all fees as a result of this. No smoking in the car please. Violators will be subject to fine up to $250 based on Turo fees & fines policy. ***USB Drive*** Please do not remove or displace the USB drive as it is used to record for potential accidents and break-ins for the duration of the trip. Any violation or misplacement of the USB will result in a $50 fine. *** Accident and Unexpected Issue *** For accident, collision and other: If there's human body injuries, call 911. Car need to be recharge to at least 150 miles upon return(since this car offers free unlimited supercharge it's just need to be plugin). Or you can just purchase the Prepaid EV recharge Extra to be exempt. 🔹DO I NEED TO CLEAN? IF YOU OPT TO CLEAN THE INTERIOR: Please keep the interior free of debris, dirt, spills, sharp objects, mud, smoke, etc. A portable vacuum is included. IF YOU OPT TO CLEAN THE EXTERIOR: The basic “Touchless”, Handwash, or SelfWash stations are all okay. *No automatic car washes with brushes or that require rollers for Tessa to drive on ie Quick Quack, Turbo Shine, etc. 🔹Turo Cleaning Policy Reference. Hosts are required to provide guests with a clean and disinfected car. Upon return, if a guest returns a vehicle with a cleaning incident(s) considered abusive and/or irresponsible, they may incur a cleaning violation fee of $150. We suggest taking photos of the inside and outside of the car both at the start and end of the trip and uploading them to the Trip Photos section of the app. 🔹Turo Recharging Policy Reference. Guests are responsible for recharging electric vehicles before returning them. In the case of this car, the Supercharge is free, you just need to recharge to at least 150 Miles. Guests who pick the Prepaid EV recharge Extra are exempt and only need to return her with 30 or more miles. If time constraints impact recharging, no worries, just return as is* and we will recharge: If @ 150+ miles at return, it’s FREE. If @ 100-149 miles at return, it’s $10. If @ 41-99 miles at return, it’s $20. If @ 40 miles or less at return, it’s $50. *Don’t go below 30 miles as you risk a costly tow. 🔹Turo Late Pickup/Return Policy Reference. A guest will not be charged a late fee if the guest is 29 minutes late or less for pickup/return. In the event of a very substantial lateness, additional fines may be assessed to include cancellation, cost of additional usage billed by an average of the daily rate including the rental fee and any other applicable fees, and or a late fee of $20 for two hours or more. A request to extend is suggested if a late pickup/return is unavoidable. Flight delays are an exception and granted when the delay is communicated. 🔹Turo Protection Plans/Damage Reference. Turo offers multiple protection plans that vary in price & out of pocket cost, in summary; all plans are supplemental & secondary to your primary insurance if covered, with the exception of the premier plan if applicable, which becomes primary in the event of damage. • Pickup Location & Parking Details

  Our Pickup Location is less than 10 minutes from the Sacramento International Airport. It's about 10 minutes to UC Davis and couple minutes to major freeways(freeway 5, 113 to 80). Once you pick up the car, there are open parking spaces on the side of the house alongside the street, you can park your car there if need.

• How do I supercharge? and how do I pay for the supercharge?

  Once you enter the destination into the car's Navigation System, The Tesla navigation system tells you when and where to supercharge. In the greater Sacramento area, there are stations located in Folsom, Rocklin, Elk Grove, and Sacramento, West Sacramento, Davis, Woodland, ect. For longer trip, just follow the Tesla Navigation System, it is very accurate and helpful. You will find that there are a lot of Tesla supercharge along the freeways. For this Particular Car, it's pay-per-use Tesla Supercharging for entire trip, You can charge at any Tesla Supercharge, when the trip end we will send the invoice of the total charging fee for you.. However, Once supercharging is completed, please exit the charging station immediately, as there is a $1 per minute idling fee if Tesla Charger still Plugin the car's charging port after charging ends. You will be responsible for and will be invoiced for any idling fees incurred. These guidelines only apply at Tesla Superchargers. You can also charge at non-Tesla branded chargers, many of which are free. Many of these use a different type of charging port, so there is an adapter included for this in the center console. You can search for chargers through the touchscreen (try a voice command "Where is the nearest charging station?")

• What features are in the Premium Connectivity?

  This Model 3 RWD is loaded with Premium Connectivity, the Package Features: Navigation on AutoPlot, Live Traffic Visualization, Satellite-View Maps, Video Streaming such as Netflix,/Youtube, Caraoke*, Music Streaming*, Internet Browser*

• Do I need to recharge upon return?

  Car needs to be recharge to at least 150 miles upon return. Or you can just purchase the Prepaid EV recharge Extra to be exempt.

• Should I charge overnight?

  If you have access to an electrical outlet or charging station, it is a great idea to charge overnight. I do require that you return the car with at least 150 miles of range. Charging via a standard electrical outlet will provide about 3-6 miles of charge per hour of charging. If you will have access to an outlet to charge overnight, please let me know so I can include the charging cable for you. Do not allow the car's range to drop below 15 or 20 miles, as you may risk a costly tow. You are responsible for the cost of towing if you run of out charge.
